Ingredients
2 ½ tablespoons garlic minced
4 tablespoons butter unsalted
2 cups Jazzmen Brown Rice (raw)
4 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon creole seasoning
3.5 oz bag Crispy Jalapenos
Instructions
Add butter and garlic to rice cooking vessel. Cook for 1 ½ minutes or until the garlic turns golden brown and the butter is well infused with garlic flavor.
Add Jazzmen rice and stir until coated with the garlic butter.
Add broth, place lid on saucepan. Bring to simmer then immediately turn down to medium low.
Cook for 30 – 45 minutes or until liquid is all absorbed by the rice.
Remove from stove and allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Stir in crispy jalapenos.
